Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable with some minor inconveniences. The room was spacious and well laid out, although there were a few steps that were not immediately noticeable. The noise insulation was great, which was a relief during a busy Friday night with two parties. The hotel was quite a distance through the bar area, but the room itself was of a good size.
The hotel offers very spacious rooms with attractive fitted furniture and even room for a table and chairs. However, the furniture is very old and worn-out. The service was welcoming, but some disorganization was noted due to a power failure. The location is good for accessing shopping but can be noisy due to traffic. The dining experience was mixed, with helpful staff but disappointing food quality. Overall, the facilities are of excellent standard.
The hotel room in the main building was very satisfactory, although the air freshener fragrance, initially pleasant, became overpowering overnight. It wasn't really set up for convenient use of plug sockets, requiring the removal of the mirror from the wall to dry hair. Despite discrepancies from the website photos, the room class booked was adequate for the stay.
